When colour is changed. Mix cumin and black pepper roasted powder, Coriander powder, remaining turmeric powder, red chilli powder to give some colour and make spicy (completely optional).   4. Mix mutter with all masala.use pan cover to cook mutter and cook for 10 to 12 mins. Stir occasionally. Add salt and roasted paneer. Mix well. Leave for 3 mins. Mix very less water(1/2 cup of water) close it and leave for 5 to 8min. Mix garam masala. At last. Mix coriander leaves for garnishing and kasuri roasted methi (optional).
